Do not get caught when you’re dismissed by your Employer. Under Cap 77:
Unfair Dismissal Act Employees have the following rights.
1. The right not to be dismissed unfairly by your employer. If an employer fires you
without a good reason or did not give you a notice you have been dismissed
unfairly.
2. If your employer said you will be dismissed because of redundancy, you have the right to be paid a redundancy
payment.
3. If you think you are unfairly dismissed by your employer, you can go straight to the Trade Dispute Panel and file a
complaint against your employer. You can also get a lawyer to do it for you.

If you have any complaint on your employment, Under the Cap 73. Labour Act
1. You can raise your complain to the commissioner of labor. Ministry of Labor. The commissioner of Labor will take up
your cause.
2. If you a female worker you have the right for maternity leave for 12 weeks. Whether your employer likes it or not, this
is a compulsory leave. Raise complaint to the labor if your employer ill treats you.
